
I am a mom with two incredible children and really wanted my abs back. Ever since track in high school which was 22 years ago I dreamed of getting defined abs. So my story goes...I recently moved to SoCal and found that people around the area are very active, which was incredibly inspirational to me. I was always in a gym working out with multiple classes and although I felt good, I wasn't seeing the results that I wanted to see. I started hiking the hills by my house and found that I loved it and the fat just melted off of my body. Before I knew it, I literally had some MAJOR definition in not only my legs (quads, hams, calves) but my glutes and abs as well. I started to eat more of what I loved which was veggies and fruits. Not to mention AVOCADOS, which are my absolute favorite!! I acheived this goal by doing what I loved. How simple was that? Now don't get me wrong, I work extremely hard on those hills in the OC but knowing that I never dread going, feels FANTASTIC!!! So now, I want everyone to feel this way and to get the look that they want...IT CAN BE DONE!! Even better, it also relieves the stress that takes a toll on our bodies. In addition, I also and have a variety of workouts that I do online that include strength training and interval work. HIIT, TABATA, you name it. I personally have achieved my strong, healthy look by doing ZUSKALIGHT, CHRISTINE KHURRI, and FITNESS BLENDER. If I can share my story to help others then by all means....I'M IN BABY!!
