• Im ready to get back on track with my fitness and weight loss goals.  After completing a half marathon in April and  sprint triathalon in August I've taken a bit of a break (rehabbing a nagging hip/knee overuse injury). I'm making progress and feeling better.  I have a 5 mile run on November 1 so this diet bet and the October run challenge are going to help me reach my goals.  I am also hoping that doing this with others i can stay motivated and accountable.
