Off we go lol. I will be using some of my own workouts and Zuzka's! I seem to have hit a plateau........running between 142-143. I am 47 and 5'4. 

I wish everyone luck and hope everyone does well. 
Here's my workout for the day. Tomorrow I will doing one of Zuzka's woarkouts.

squats 
1 x 10 warm up w/ universal bar
5 x 3 weight = 50, 70, 90, 110, 120
1 x 20 weight = 20

bench
1 x 10 warm up w/ universal bar
6 x 3 weight = 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 65

dumbbell press
5 x 5 weight = 15, 20, 25, 30, 35

push-ups elevated feet
5 x 5

Tri-Pull Downs
3 x 15 weight = 30, 25, 30

kickbacks/bicep curls w/curl bar
3 x 15 weight = 10 / 3 x 15 weight = 30

 

Food intake for the day...

7:30 a.m. Fage yogurt

2 cups coffee

20 oz water

10 a.m. Fage yogurt

12:30 1 cup tomato soup, 2 turkey taco

20 oz water

1 cup coffee

dinner - 1/2 banana, lettace, 1/2 baked chicken breast, tomatoe, 1T dressing
