I am a classic yo-yo dieter.  I hate it.  I do so good and then I just stop.  Like I am not good enough to lose weight.  I don't know why I would even think that.  I need to realise that I am good enough.  I deserve to get healthy and to look good.  My main goal is to be healthy, but looking good will be a bonus!  I want to be able to wear cute clothes.  I'm tired of having to wear my husband's shirts cause nothing else looks good on me.  I am excited about this....I know that this diet bet will help me to jump start my weight loss.  I joined Anytime Fitness and I plan on working out 5 days a week.
