I love exercising. At the moment I am really into lifting heavy weights and doing HIIT workouts. I also try to squeeze yoga in to keep limber and relieve any stiffness from my lifting regime.
I am hoping to do better than the 6lbs I need to lose for my diet bet...watch this space!
