For years I always say, okay I will change things around this upcoming new year, and I have never done so till about 9 weeks ago. I finally made the change, I started slow and now I work out pretty hard Mon-Fri... I have made big progress, so far I have my eating down packed and have lost a total of 12 pounds. I feel great, and hopeful that it is never to late to make a change for the best.

 

I am hoping to take this challenge as a motivator to help  me push even harder for the following weeks.
