And we're off!

I just completed the weigh-in..227.1 pounds. That means I have to lose 9.08 pounds in the next 28 days. I started the Trainers Choice food plan a few days ago and I am already down a couple of pounds. It shouldn't be a problem...maybe MVP? It is definitely a goal to reach for.

I am hoping this will be the first and last "diet" I ever have to be on. I want to make it a lifelong way of eating. It is simple and easy to follow...but the sugar withdrawl is not the most pleasant experience. It is still VERY hard to pass by all the doughnut drive thru shops, buying that extra chocolate treat when I am shopping and most difficult is not having ice cream or frozen yogurt every day. 

I will do this!
