All my life I've been an athlete and involved in everything remotely active I could.  I was raised in a family of EXCELLENT cooks, where home cooked comfort food was what we ate. Sure it was great for teenage metabolism, but I never learned that I couldn't eat like that forever. So as I got older and went from college athlete to full time employment and career woman, the pounds packed on. I was still working out, but my diet SUCKED! In 2010 I lost 50 pounds and kept it off exercising daily and eating SUPER CLEAN! I was about to start a competition diet to compete in my first figure show, when hello yep surprise, I was pregnant. I had my little girl in March, 2013 and yep I'm fat again. I hate how I look and all this extra weight I'm carrying, I need to be healthy again and a good example for my daughter and I'd like to be at least close to a trophy wife for my hubby. Sadly tho, I've been struggling big time since I had her, I can't find that mind frame to say no to the pizza or ice cream anymore
