I feel motivated.  Yesterday, the first day, was a good day.  I ate clean all day.  I arrived home, the house was quiet, I'd lit the fire and all I could think about was putting my feet up and eating some cookies.  However - I cooked some rice, stuffed a pepper, smacked a chicken breast about until it was flat, made up a bowl of salad with juicy beefsteak tomatoes and had that instead  I drank a ton of water throughout the day - at least 2.5 litres, so I expect to be up  most of the night to-ing and fro-ing to the bathroom.

I couldn't get to the gym as I had to help my son with his homework.  So, I did some HIIT training in my room and then took the pads and gloves downstairs to my husband for some boxing, followed by sit-ups and finally some good, long stretches.

I went to bed feeling good, I'd made the effort to be healthy - a new lifestyle change!!!
