I got the Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred a few weeks -- well several weeks --ago and started it a few weeks later.  I got to day two, loved it, but hurt my wrist (unrelated).  My wrist still is hurting so I can't do pushups or the triceps exercise but I have found a few modifications that may work.  I am going to start back today.  My "goal" would be 30 days of the Beginner shred followed by 30 day shred.  If I am lucky, by that point I will be in good enough shape for a few workouts locally.  I have some Groupons for the Barre exercise classes but feel I am WAY to far out of shape to try them yet.

I really want to get back in shape, I am the heaviest I have ever been, even now I am as heavy as I was when I was pregnant but I don't have a baby inside to point to.  Mostly its because I eat too much and unhealthy and love my wine to relax at night.  I am going to try to give that  up for a bit, it will be hard, but I need to get back into shape. I hate my body right now and I hate how I look in the mirror.
