Breakfast - Smoothie (2% milk, strawberries, blueberries, oatmeal, and chia seeds)...actually pretty sour without yogurt or honey.  I only ate about 3/4 of it.  Had a mug of tea with half and half and three sugar packets.

Lunch - leftover grilled chicken wing from KFC, medium Turkey & Kale soup from Au Bon Pain along with bag of kettle salt and vingear chips and a banana (so long toe cramps!) and a Caffe Veinesse (probably the worst thing to have since it has caramel and whole milk)

Dinner - TBD

I will attempt to workout tonight, even if it's just lifting dumbbells while I watch tv.

I seriously HATE exercise.
