So right now I am dieting and it is working so I am happy about that, now it is more about maintenance.
I love to exercise but a lot of the time I can easily become unmotivated if I wake up from having a seizure, for the rest of the day I will be wiped out of energy.
It effects my thinking too. 
I am a pretty healthy eater. I haven't eaten bread for the last 2 1/2 months. My medications tend to effect my weight gain so I have to work even harder to counteract them. 
In the first week I have done double what I set out to achieve, if I can drop all the weight by next week and maintain it then I will be very happy.
