I just couldn't pass this up!! Shaun T has his own group!! I'm not going to lie. When I first saw Shaun was when I started Insanity. Every time he said DIG DEEPER I wanted to hurt him lol no lie!! I was out of shape. My doctor told me that if I didn't lose weight I would be on pills for the rest of my life. My son just turned 2 when she told me that.
I've lost 100 lbs since then. My eating habits drastically changed. I had more energy. I was able to keep up with my son.
This year something was wrong and I had no clue. I was still working out but gaining weight. I was beyond confused. One doctor said nothing was wrong. Second opinion was definitely needed. My new doctor found the problem. I had fibroids on my ovaries. With the history of cancer in my family, I knew I needed to take care of this.
Fast forward 4 months after my surgery. I'm ready to take these pounds off and get back into what my son calls CUTE MOMMY clothes lol
