So, again I attempt to get back in shape. After the birth of my son i gained about 60 Pounds and I am not the mother :-(

 

Back in the days i used to train 5 days 2 week 2-3 times a day and i was happy with it. At morning things like Insanity, then bodybuilding and in the afternoon taekwondo. I felt great, didn't had the symptoms of overtraining and was in the best shape of my life.

But what happened?

Well my son was born and the important things changed. I simply hadn't the time to workout anymore. Not even 1 time a day, or I was simply to lazy. I think both reasons are working for me. And I started to eat. Before I ate a lot of lean proteins and lowcarb, afterwards I ate everything. Every bit of junk I could get. And now look at me. I am 179 cm tall and my weight is 116 kg....that ist...a really bad weight. But it has to change. I am not satisfied with my body and I take the challenge. First the Kickstarter here on dietbetter and then comes the transformator.

 

I will get in shape, no matter what. I promise, that I will stand up early and workout, and I will workout in the evening hours. For the Kickstarter my weapons are Insanity and Tai Cheng.

And for the Transformator? We talk about it, when it is time^^
