
Hey every one! I am new to this diet bet thing, but not new to weightloss/exercise...I currently weigh around 175, and have been stuck here for awhile...at the beginning of the year I was 200, and did the p90x3 series and lost 25 but haven't been able to lose much more, although I am gaining muscle and toning more...I am currently doing T25 and am on my last week of the alpha phase! I also go to a personal trainer twice a week and run! I have done a couple half marathons, doing my 3rd on Sunday! I am excited to start this and see if it will help me get to my goal weight of 150!
