Wow, I got on the scale this morning and couldn't belive my eyes, the scale had a 155.5 staring right back at me!  Just last Sunday I was at 160 lbs.  I am currently doing Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution program and i'm following it to the T!  I'm doing everything she recommends in the "Kickstart Your Motabalism" diet book and I'm doing the two recommended workouts a day for the first week...5am strenght training and my evening cardio at 8pm.  It has not been easy getting up at 4:50am to workout but I feel very motivated.  It feels even better knowing that my hard work, dedication and sacrafice is paying off.  I work in an office, so I sit for at least 7 hours a day during the week.  It feels great to eat right, get moving and get my heart going.  Day two of the challenge and I feel like I'm already a winner!  I can't wait to see what the end of this month will bring!
