But man! The feelin after you worked your butt off during Insanity's Pure Cardio is a feeling of ACCOMPLISHMENT like no other! Best feeling EVER!!

good morning Leslie, great to see you are doing so good, all is fine here too, cept for a .6 wt/gain and can't for the life of me figure out why. I was nonstop busy y'day, ate good and got in 2 intense workouts. all I can do is do better today, you and a great Thurs and God Bless you too...
