I have been wanting to sign up for one of these things for awhile, and I couldn't think of a better way to do it than with Shaun T! I am someone who loves her body and every imperfection, but I want to make sure I'm feeding myself in the best way for longevity (gunning for 100 (at least)).  

 

I love to workout as often as I can. I'm a student so sometimes this can be hard, but I'm happiest when I'm working out hard 6 days a week. This has had to be modified recently as I was injured while working out (hold that core in people, and don't half-ass anything!! If you can't maintain form, it's time to stop! Or injuries WILL happen), so I've had to lower my workout intensity in the short-term. Hoping to use this time to focus on my eating habits. I need to work on portion sizes, as well as lowering my intake of saturated fat, which is my biggest craving. I love hot wings, ranch, cheeseburgers, fries, cheese, the list is endless! But I know that these are not everyday foods, and I'm working on that. I gave up soda and my daily ranch habit in May, and I know that I can do the same with these other works-in-progress. In addition, I want to make sure I'm eating as many vegetables as I can everyday! A day without arugula or its equivalent is a day wasted!!

Looking forward to using this game to work towards my goals!! And it will be great to meet new people working on similar goals with this game. Thanks, Shaun T!!
