Everyone loves food, but when it comes to a "diet" food is your enemy. You know what I mean by enemy. Staring at that burger is not going to make you any less full then acutally eating it. One of my biggest challenges is healthy. Veggies and I are not the best of friends, fruit is my best friend, and junk food is my best friend. I am like why can't we be friends? I love you and you love me, but sadly it doesn't happen that way. You can't always be best friends with junk food, because you need to be best friends with fruit and veggies. It is time for me to say bye bye to junk food and hello to healthy food (this might be a bad break up). I can make it!! This is a lifestyle change even though diets sometiems make me angry! I totally got this!! Wish me luck everyone! :D
