I know we all struggle when it comes to weight loss, today I faltered and went off my diet and FEASTED on tater tots  :-(   I had been having intense urges for carbs, and not the healthy veggie carbs, but things like breads and potatoes.  So I gave in.  I know that I can do this.  My other struggle has been not having the abilty to work out.  I work 10 hour days 4 days a week as a social worker, then I come home and work till dark at the farm.  this leaves little time for me to work out. :-(   I know after next weekend my farm time will not be as big of an issue and I will have more time to get back into the swing of things...but that will only leave me about 3 weeks to lose my weight for this competition.   I am motivated though...and I know if stay focused I can do this  :-)  Good luck!
