I am a yoyo dieter. I go up and down. In 2003 I lost 60lbs...gained back around 70lbs. In 2006 I lost 50lbs before my wedding....after the wedding I gained back about 70lbs. From then on I have lost 20 gained 30, lost 15, gained 10, and so on. This is the first time of all those losses I have ever felt like this was it....this is the last time. This is when I lose it all and maintain it. I don't know what it is, but I have more of a drive. 

So far this time I have lost 44lbs and I am not going to lie, the graph of that weight loss does not show a straight line down, it looks more like the Tetons and I am ok with that. I don't expect to constantly loose. The difference is that I just get right back on that horse and ride it down that mountain! 

The picture I have posted for the before in this post is me 44lbs heavier and the one on the right was me weighing in for the dietbet. 

To get to my final goal, I have at least 50lbs more to go. I am almost halfway there and not discouraged at all...before I would get discouraged a lot. 

This is a marathon and not a sprint. I can do it and so can you!
