Wow, took me the extra day, but I did it! Lost 10.8 pounds!! Praise the Lord I never gave up, even though I definately wanted to yesterday when I wasn't at my goal yet.  Winner! What my key notes were: don't eat at night, like after 8, period. Have a plant-centered diet. I ate meat some, but probably 80% was focused on a veggie or plant of some kind. Give myself a break--I celebrated the Royals' wins with friends, but just ordered something lighter like an amazing grilled chicken salad at The District in Waldo. Then I didn't feel left out. Run on the weekends! Drink massive amounts of water all day at work to curb the snack cravings. Pray! Definately needed God's help in motivation and sustinance yesterday as it was my last day to drop the final weight. Feeling accomplished :)
