Since February, I have been...not "crazy out of control" but I not too in control of my weight.  The thing is, I was a really good weight for my height and frame.  I was really happy with my weight, but then, I had foot surgery.  I ate vegetable soup every day, several times a day, but because I couldn't move, meaning exercise, my weight just went up.  It was horrible!  My highest weight was 242 lbs when I was in my 20's, but in my 30's managed to keep myself at the 140's, which losing all that weight was an accomplishment in itself!  I just feel like little by little, bc of this surgery, it's creeping up on me.  I'm in the 160's right now and it's time to make a damn change.

I have also changed my diet DRAMATICALLY.  I only eat plant based foods.  Yes, I've gone vegan.  Before passing any judgement or questioning me about it, I definitely get my daily nutrients that I need and more protein than meat eaters think.  I went vegan for ethical reasons, but I have done my research as far as where our "food" comes from and what the heck is in it.  I don't want that mess in my body AT ALL.  It's rather gross and definitely feightening.

Anyway, LET'S DO THIS!!!
