The past couple of weeks have been frustrating for me.. I have been back on this journey since August and was consistently losing up until about two weeks ago.  My weight has been yo-yo'ing up and down and I am struggling with retaining fluid.  Even though I'm a little frustrated I'm trying to turn this little rough patch into motivation for myself.  I've stepped up my exercise program and just started wearing my old Bodybugg again.  

A few weeks ago, I stumbled across the coolest looking exercise and the only way I know to describe it is to say that you begin by putting your feet on a door or a wall and get into kind of a plank/push-up position.  Then you alternate bringing one leg down and then back up.  I couldn't even get my feet on the door when I tried.  Last night, my husband asked me if I had ever been able to do that exercise yet.  I said, "no. I probably won't be able to do that for a while". He encouraged me to try any way and lo and behold I was able to do it!  It wasn't pretty and it was very challenging but I could do one!  I'm excited to see where my journey takes me and where I'll be at the end of this 4 week challenge!
