Morning!

I am so ready for this challenge. I am ready to do this to feel better about myself and to feel healthier. Yesterday during the football game, I ate pizza, chicken wings, and cheesy bread....and immediately regretted it and felt sluggish for the rest of the day. I even skipped the gym. I am DONE giving into myself.

Hoping the suppor throughout this game will get me back into my old ways (which were good ways) and out of this rut i've found myself in.
