After becoming a mom, the excuses come quicker and seem more justifiable. It is hard to stay organized enough in a busy week to eat healthy and when you're up half the night with children it is hard to want to wake up to get a work out in. However, if the workout doesn't get done before the wolfpack awakes, then it will not get done at all. I find it's best to schedule a workout, but even then sometimes priorities overtake. I'm looking forward to Shaun T's 20min streaming videos. Come on, who can't find AT LEAST 20 spare mintues in their day? My goal is to make "me" a priority when it comes to my health.
