Today is the day that is the start of a healthy new me.....I have let myself go again. Sugar and food in general feels like crack, I just can't get enough. I needed this challenge more then I know. Sometimes a kickstart in the right direction is just enough to get me going again.
My health of late is so poor. I am suffering from vertigo, one minute I am fine, the next I am on this crazy tilt-a-whirl that won't stop for hours...I am sure my poor eating habits may have something to do with this problem. I eliminated salt and cut way back on caffine and have be vertigo free for 4 days and counting.
My goals through the next 28 days are:
1. get my money back:)
2. get back in the habit of exercising everyday.
3. Learn to eat for my health
4. Get off the sugar kick....no sugar for the next 28 days
To accomplish these goals I must plan ahead what I am going to eat and when I am going to exercise. Every night before bed I will make my plans.
