Hello everyone, I recently joined this site and I wanted to wish you success in losing weight.  I have lost almost 80 pounds in the past two years using some methods that I can share that have given me such great success.

  1. Remain positive
  2. Exercise regularly (at least 4 times a week)
  3. Monitor your diet carefully
  4. Don't give up
  5. Weigh in twice a week
  6. Drink water, not diet soda or tea
  7. Go for personal records, not world records
  8. Experiment, but ask your doctor about it first

I have trekked over 3,600 miles since I started in August 2012, make healthy eating choices, remain positive and take some supplements.  The supplements I take DON'T WORK for everyone.  I take the following:

  • 4 Omega-9's
  • 2 100% Multivitamins
  • Water pill (diuretic)
  • Caffeine pill (thermogenetic)

Plus I walk at least 3 miles a day or more, 5 days out of the week.
