Today as I started my day off on the right track, shakeology for breakfast, fruit for a snack, salad for lunch.......dinner started off good BUT soon after a phone call dealing with some family DRAMA I quickly scarfed down a LARGE bowl (not mini snack size bag) but a large cereal bowl size of Swedish fish all while I talked on the phone. I eat sometimes without thinking and this has been an issues over the past couple months. I need to find the off switch in my head to just stop. I'm trying to not beat myself up over the fact that day one I already messed up except I won't so I'm off to drink a cup of hot tea and put today's business behind me:) I can do this
