I have 27 days till I finish this bet and I am so obsessed with the deaded scales! I had to step on the them this morning, even though I have only been into my fitness regime for 4 days!. Yes I have lost weight (64% apparently) however I am not excited about that because when i did my official weigh in it was about 1pm so I can't compare a morning weigh in to an afternoon one. Also if I have lost 64% I have to keep that weight off as well as lose them last few pounds which can be really hard if its just a few pounds.

I actually wish to lose 2 and a half stone all together but I have learnt over the last few years that it is best to take each day as it comes rather than expect to lose that weight overnight. Haha you would think if that is how I feel I would not weigh myself after 4 days!!!!!

I should of learnt by now that it's not about the scales, its about how your clothes fit you and how you feel from all the wonderful healthy food and exercise. My voice in my head is saying 'you know you need to see the scales just to prove what you have lost!'. I am going to try and not look at my scales now till next Monday and I will weigh myself in the afternoon.

I hope eveyones health and fitness journey is going well. We are going to have good days and bad days but if we all stick together we can overcome this and take control! As Shaun T says, "C'MON YA'LL LET'S GO!".
