A day late writing this. It's all so new to me usually I work at this alone (working out, dieting). I followed Shaun T's 7 day slim down list yesterday. Getting better with my water goal still need to drink more but I am almost there. Fill water bottle in morning and refill 3 times. I CAN DO THIS!!  Worked out to LIVE GMA workout 30 mins and walked 1.4 miles after dinner (got dark quick). Meeting all goals on fitbit, I am a happy girl. Goal is to weigh in for progress on Sunday. Trying not to get on scale till then :) Was under calorie goal as well so need to get a few snacks in to keep energy and satisfied.
