
Ok - So I tried Diet Bet once before and sadly, like I've done many times before, I gave up before I really ever got started! NOT THIS TIME! For the first time in my life I can honestly say I'm trying to change the way I think about a healthier life style. YES - I need to lose weight. But this isn't just about losing weight. It's about changing myself from the inside out, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I'm just finishing up a 6-week challenge from another contest. I'm happy to say I reached my goal of 6% weight loss. Over the past 6 weeks, I've developed many healthy habits, such as regularly working out at 5:30 AM (I've NEVER been a morning person), keeping a food diary and therefore making healthier choices, increasing my water intake, practicing relaxation techniques, giving it up to God and and just investing in ME! The next challenge from my current contest doesn't start until January and I was mortified to try to do this thing on my own, especially with the holidays right around the corner. So THANK YOU Diet Bet and Antonio! Looking forward to starting this challenge and pushing myself even further!
