I haven't ever written a blog before, so we'll see how this goes. I am keen on making this a regular thing.

I am currently in my fourth Dietbet, having begun my weightloss journey in April. I was going really good, losing weight, decreasing clothes sizes, getting fitter. But now, I have come to the point of weight-loss which I thought I might not get to; the plateau. For those of you who are unaware, a plateau is 'a state of little or no change following a period of activity or progress'. Unlike the definition, however, there hasn't even been a 'little' amount of change.

77kg.

Seventy-seven kilograms.

12kgs away from my ultimate goal.

I know I should be pleased with my achievements so far, but I still haven't even gotten half-way to my goal from my original weight. I'm eating reasonably healthy, going to the gym at least 4 times a week, but nothing is changing.

I am hoping that this Dietbet changes things. I hope that I will lose at least half of the required 4%.
