I wanted an app for ipad that had arm exercises with free weights and downloaded a bunch. The Virtual Trainer app seems to be doing the trick for me. I had to subscribe to get more exercises, but I really like it so far. It will give me reps and rest time between sets. I am finding that seeing the person doing the exercise helps keep me aligned properly so I don't hurt myself. I'm hoping I can stick with the plan I created and get my arms to tone up.
