Hurray! I'm done 5.8 pounds since Monday.  (Admittedly, 4 of those pounds were water weight from a fun weekend and Hibachi food on Sunday night.) I have 3.7 more to go.  Jillian promises 7 pounds in 7 days with the One Week Shred so I'm hoping I may be about to get to my goal weight with a little extra effort. My husband is out of town on a hunting trip so I am going to spend a bunch of time at the gym the next few days walking on the treadmill to burn extra calories.  I wear a BodyBugg all day every day and my goal is to burn over 3000 calories every day until next Monday/Tuesday. I'll post screen shots of my app to hold myself accountable. 

About to do my morning One Week Shred strength workout.  Here is what I know for sure

1.  I will finish it

2.  It will not be pretty

3.  I will drop the f bomb at least three times

4. I will smell very unlady like

5.  I will be a puddle of goo on the floor when I am done but I will feel great because I finished it.
