Day one of the newest plan.  my weight... a scary 180.5 naked.  without rings.  I can see it.  I really like me at 145-155 and I think 148 is perfect but ag 155 I'm ok too so I'm shooting totally to get to 150!  that's 30 pounds.  Right now I have to lose 7.22 pounds  so call it 7.25.  Since my scale only goes in .5 increments, I am rounding UP... I have to lose 7.5 for THIS leg of my journey.

 

I started today with a protein shake.   with almond milk.  and coffee and designer whey and CLICK. I love CLICK.

 

My plan for TODAY... eat a salad and some protein for lunch... thinking Wendy's side salad and chili...

 

then a protein shake for dinner. 

 

 

I have to jump start this and  a combo of South Beach Diet phase 1 and my protein shakes should help.

 

I have been eating like life is coming to an end.  I need to get back on track.
