Don't let the title of this post be misleading; I'm not it in for the money (but it's a motivating factor!) I have been trying for a long long time now to lose the amount of weight that I want, and it's times like these that kick me back into gear and boost my motivation. As Scola, and other motivational fitness "guru's", have told us millions of times, "weight loss isn't easy, and never will be" (etc). I completely agree with that, and it also means that it's not impossible. My brain likes to trick me into thinking I'll never get to my goal weight and that I won't ever be happy with my physical self. BUT, boy is that a huge lie! I know I cant do this. I know I can do this. I CAN do this. And so can WE!! I AM SO PUMPED, YOU GUYS!! Who's to say that we cant KEEP losing 4% of our body weight until we reach our goals?! I think we all totally can. WOOP!
