With my parents in town I was conscious of some potential roadblocks.  I have not been perfect - had a few drinks over the weekend and had a pretty crazy "off" day on Saturday (doubling my calorie limit!).  BUT I actually lost more weight this week than I have in a week since starting diet bet.

I think it is because I tracked literally everything I ate.  I have been able to control myself, and i gave my mother the message that she should not do her normal Leaving Las Vegas style food shopping.  So, there is only one tempting food isitting on the counter in our kitchen right now and i didn't touch it.

I've had a few moments where I stood in front of the refrigerator like, what can i eat?  But I closed it and walked away.  With deli American cheese in the house this week, that's pretty impressive.

This weekend we have a wedding, but that's another "off" day so I'm not too worried.
