Yesterday went pretty much as planned. I walked to the polling location and the post office. I made the curried cauliflower with black beans (sooooo yummy). Stayed within my points and drank a bunch of water. I had a lot of pain last night. My hip and back really hurt after the walk. Which was really depressing since it wasn't all that far. I've also had a headache that comes and goes since the weekend. I'm guessing it's fibro-related, but it's so annoying.

Today was a big step. I got back from my afternoon appointments, put the car in the garage, and then went straight for a walk. I didn't even go into the house first! I just left all my stuff in the garage. The hips, back and knee were not happy about it. And the headache is back now. But I walked. Only 20 minutes, but I walked! That's what counts, right?

My plan is to get in around 5000-6000 steps per day, consistenly for a few weeks. Then up it to 6000-7000. I know if I go over 7000 I start having a lot of pain. But I think I can work up to 7k and be okay.

Anyway, now to find something for dinner. I'm totally uninspired and just want to curl up and sleep instead. I suppose worse case we have tomato soup for dinner. To the kitchen!
