I just completed my first ever dietbet challenge and learned so much about what I was doing wrong (mostly with food).  I was using food add a taste bud pleaser, not as an energy sustaining necessity.  I still need to get out of the habit of using food as a reward for myself and my family.  I decided to wait until after the holidays so perhaps more people will sign up. Having more people striving for a common goal is powerful.
