So this week I have been running at 2 miles everyday on the treadmill, except Thursday because I volunteered at a supper house so I didn't have time. So today I decided to go the extra mile err more and I did 4.8 miles in 1hour! Feeling good and keeping out clean in the kitchen!! Now to do day 12 of my glute challenge, and some abs!!!
