
My problem every diet I do, is I get to a stage where I feel comfortable and better than I did, then lose the incentive to continue because of it. Like before this, in this photo I was 18 stones 8, the biggest I have ever been. I am now 18 months down the line and 14 stones 3. I'm into normal sizes, I swim 2 miles three times a week, walk, go to a swimming club, do wii fit and have my life back. Yet I still have the second leg of my journey to go. This time I haven't banished the fat pictures like I used to, and every time I forget I still have to fight onwards I will look at it to keep me going. I don't even want to go back to that -> again.
