I just wanted to make a note to myself.

I'm 40 days out from a cruise. I want to be able to wear a bikini in the beautiful water and white sands.

This year has been difficult for me health-wise. I found out I had a condition that requires me to take daily medication. Although the medication only has a weight-gain side effect in less than 10% of it's users, I'm starting to suspect I might be part of that 10%. 

Another reason I gained weight I think is that I have added 2 things to my life that require me to sit basically all day long: Started an online and home-based business, as well as returning to school (also online) full time. Before this I was a stay-at-home homeschooling mother for 8 mos and I actually LOST 20 lbs. 

I have been really surprised and dismayed at my weight gain over these last 6 mos. I really am looking forward to getting down to the weight that I find acceptable- which is 130-135lbs and possibly even getting closer to my goal weight around 120-125 lbs. 

My absolute, "I'm happy with it" weight is 127-132. 

None of these numbers I just listed are unattainable. 

With sensible dieting, no fast food or soda, and exercise at least 3-5 days a week of an hour or more- there is no reason I can not get to this.
