Last month, it took me awhile to become motivated. I had just one a 4DietBet and was maybe a little overconfident. I took a couple of days from really watching what I wwas putting into my mouth, however it turned in to like 2 weeks. In the final 2 weeks, I did lose 2.4lbs. While I did not win the bet that month, overall I still won because I lost weight. However, this month I need to be extra mindful to get to the Month 2 goal. Last month, both diet and exercise were off.


Goals for November:

1) Eat healthy 80% of the time. Less indulging!!

2) Choose smart foods.

3) Get to the gym 5/6 x per week.


This change is forever. Need to really learn how to have a relationship with food and exercise. :)
