Well yesterday was Day 1 of my Diet. I felt pretty good about my eating all day, until the night time cravings hit....
Breakfast: Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal
Snack: 1/2 of a Kashi bar
Lunch: Organic Bistro Chef Salad, 1 cup of grapes
Snack 2: other 1/2 of Kashi bar
Dinner: 1 lightly fried porkchop, 1/2 cup of chicken flavored rice, and 1 1/2 cups of green beans
Not too bad, right? And I ran 1 1/2 miles when I got home.
BUT THEN, I had to start working on a paper for college...which was excruciatingly painful and giving me a headache...so I began snacking some more...I ate some Organic Cheddar popcorn and had a cup of Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate....I felt so defeated that I had gone over my calorie intake for the day. And I know that my late night snacking isn't bad as long as I have a healthy snack.
But luckily, today is a new day and I am ready to start Day 2 of my Diet....
