3.3 pounds. Though, this was in the buff and right after I woke up. The official weigh-in is slightly due to the clothing, but hey. It's probably within a pound or so. Not bad for four days, even if it is just water weight.

I didn't really stick to my plan last night. I probably ended up closer to 2500-2700 calories. You see, I work in a beer store that has a lot of craft beer (my weakness). We got some new stuff in that was pretty high in calories, but it tasted so good. Hah. Will be back on track today.
