NoDay 1: Literally got up of the  couch after napping and did my workout. Slept in a little. Ate my eggs and digested. Got up and said to myself- day 1...let go!!!! Feeling motivated at this moment. I am excited and hope everyone is too! I will do fine Tue thru Friday.  It's Sat thru Mon when I work my three 12 hr night shifts in a row that I will struggle doing. Happy day 1 everybody!  Xoxox
