So I started my pregnancy,  almost 2 years ago at 185. Over 9 months my weight got up to 240. After I delivered, I was 224. I floated between 210-220 for a whole year. My daughter just turned 1, and I realized that I hadnet gotten anywhere with my weight loss. We bought a treadmill and a set of weights for the house (because it is close to impossible for me to get to the gym), my husband and I have been eating better, and I've jumped in with both feet. It's been a week, but I've lost about 4 lbs. I decided to do this, because I need that accountability, support, and challenge. My husband is excited because he knows I am competitive, so this will help me to stay on track.

These are my daily/weekly goals:

Diet of 1,500 (give or take 100 calories) a day

Drink 3 big water bottles of water (about 100 oz)

Walk/run 5 times a week

Lift weights 3 times a week

Repairtive yoga once a week

 

Weight goals:

1. Under 200 lbs

2. 185 lbs (pre-baby weight)

3. 150 lbs

4. 135 lbs (ultimate goal weight)

 

i want ant to learn how to eat healthy. While still being able to live my life and not count every calorie I eat.
