Well, yesterday was Thanksgiving. I don't think I did too bad at dinner, better than I expected maybe. My problem is that if food is in front of me, I'll eat it, but I did pretty good overlooking the stuffing and everything. Did have seconds though! 

The problem came after dinner, after everyone left, I was just watching TV by myself and I could not shake the image of veggie straws and cookies out of my mind. I caved twice, had a handful of straws and a cookie. So I'm not proud of that. But, my weight was maintained from the day before! Today's all about keeping everything low--I had only 18 almonds this morning and am about to have an apple or piece of fruit, maybe a sandwich. I took myself out of the house and am at a library to do homework, so I can't just eat because I'm bored. 

Two days down, 190 pounds. En route! I'm confident.
