I don't even know where to begin. 

Last month I started my own DietBet game and it grew to include over 60 players and a huge pot of money for a $10 game. I was so excited! 

The weight I needed to lose didn't seem like too much and I went into the game with unreal expectations of how hard I would need to work to be a winner.

I ended up realizing one week before the final weigh-in that I was cutting it really close. I kicked my myself into overdrive and ate great and got really serious about winning! I did many hours of cardio (on a weekend!) and thought I had it in the bag.

On my final weigh in I was 1.5 pounds away from my goal weight..I wasn't a winner. I felt so ashamed that I couldn't win my OWN DietBet that I never even submitted a final weigh-in. I was mad about losing when I had come so close! 

Well after that DietBet I forgot about my healthy lifestyle for a bit and got a little lazy. I weighed myself this morning (after a most delicious Thanksgiving meal and some leftovers) and was 2 pounds more than my weight I STARTED AT last time. Its the most I have EVER weighed in my life. I NEED to do something different, my weight can't just keep going up. 

I decided to get back on DietBet and get back on track. I am going to be serious from the beginning this time and hopefully all my relatives will notice a difference between how I looked on Thanksgiving and how I look at Christmas, but more importantly, I would like to FEEL the difference. 

When I am exercising daily and eating great food my confidence SKYROCKETS, my mood is even brighter than it already is, and all my goals feel easier to reach. I WANT THAT AGAIN!
